Subscription Policy (Auto-Renewal)

This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions (“Subscribe & Save,” “Auto-Replenish,” or similar) work for purchases on Tilly Bare (“we,” “us,” “our”). By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Worldwide Notice: We sell to customers globally. Consumer protection laws vary by country/region. Where local law provides additional rights or restricts certain terms, those legal requirements apply.


1) Recurring Billing Authorization

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every 30/45/60 days) until you cancel (or until the subscription ends).


2) What You’ll Be Charged

At checkout you will see:

  • the subscription price (including any discount),

  • the renewal frequency, and

  • clear notice that the subscription automatically renews.

Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and may apply to each renewal order.


3) Order Confirmation & Proof of Enrollment

After enrolling, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. This confirmation and related checkout records serve as proof of subscription enrollment and authorization of recurring charges.


4) Managing Your Subscription (Cancel / Skip / Pause)

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account (if available) or by contacting support@tillybare.com.

4A) Minimum Term (First Renewal Required)

Some subscription offers include a minimum term of one (1) month / one (1) renewal cycle, meaning a minimum of two (2) payments:

  1. the initial payment at checkout, and

  2. the first renewal payment on the next scheduled billing date/time.

How cancellation works during the minimum term:

  • If you submit a cancellation request before your first renewal, your subscription will be set to end immediately after the first renewal is processed, and no further renewal charges will occur after that.

  • You remain responsible for the first renewal charge, because it is part of the minimum term you agreed to when enrolling.

48-hour cancellation cutoff (important):

To avoid being charged for the next renewal after the minimum term is satisfied, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date/time.

If a renewal charge has already been processed, that renewal order is considered confirmed and will be handled under our return/refund rules (Section 9).


5) Billing Failures / Payment Issues

If a payment fails, our system may attempt to reprocess the charge. If we are unable to collect payment after retries, your subscription may be paused or canceled until you update your payment method.


6) Shipping, Address Changes & Timing

Renewal orders ship to the shipping address on file.

To ensure changes apply to the next renewal, address updates must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date/time. Orders shipped to an outdated address due to late updates may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


7) Delivery, Damage, Missing Items & Claim Window

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, you must contact us at support@tillybare.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the item(s) and packaging (when applicable).

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within the same 72-hour window so we can assist with investigation and next steps.


8) Price, Product & Discount Changes

We may change product pricing, subscription pricing, or subscription discounts. If required, we will provide notice by email and/or via your customer account before changes apply to future renewals.


9) Returns, Refunds & Subscription Renewals

All subscription orders follow our Return/Refund Policy ([link to your return/refund policy]).
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not refundable.

Exceptions may apply only where required by law and/or for verified defects or shipping issues reported within the 72-hour claim window.

If a renewal processes because cancellation was not submitted before the 48-hour cutoff (or because a renewal is required under Section 4A minimum term), that renewal is treated as a valid order and handled under the terms above.


10) Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@tillybare.com—we typically resolve issues quickly.

If a chargeback is filed, we may submit documentation to the payment provider, including (where applicable):

  • subscription enrollment and checkout confirmation records,

  • renewal timestamps and billing descriptors,

  • customer communications,

  • shipment tracking and delivery confirmation,

  • the applicable cancellation and claim terms above.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued subscription use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
